Terms of Service

The terms for using the IEP Assure website and platform.

Effective October 5, 2026

Welcome to IEP Assure. By accessing or using our website (iepassure.com) or the IEP Assure platform (app.iepassure.com), you agree to the following terms. These terms help protect the integrity of the work we do to support educators and students in special education. If your school district or charter has signed a Master Services Agreement with IEP Assure, Inc., that agreement and its Data Processing Addendum control if they conflict with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using IEP Assure, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or platform.

2. Educational Use Only

Our platform is designed for use by educators, school staff, and authorized administrators. Use for any other purpose is not permitted.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share accounts or impersonate another user.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including dashboards, AI tools, and learning scaffolds, is the property of IEP Assure, Inc. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our materials.

5. Student Data

You agree to use student data responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, including FERPA. IEP Assure is not responsible for any misuse of data uploaded by users. How we protect student data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

6. Limitation of Liability

IEP Assure is offered "as is." We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform. We work to maintain uptime and security, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement to the current terms.
