Sub-processors

A sub-processor is a third-party service provider engaged by IEP Assure to process personal data on behalf of the school districts we serve, as described in Section 1.8 of our Data Processing Addendum. We impose data protection terms on every sub-processor that provide at least the same level of protection for personal data as our DPA, and we remain responsible for their acts and omissions.

Changes to this list

When we add or replace a sub-processor, we update this page. You may subscribe to receive email notifications of changes by contacting us; if you opt in, we will notify you when we make a change, and you may object as described in Section 1.8 of our Data Processing Addendum.
