Product and scope
Does IEP Assure write IEPs?No. Your IEPs are written in your district's IEP system. IEP Assure is where the IEP gets carried out day to day: services, accommodations and progress evidence.
Does it replace Frontline, SuccessEd or eSped?No. It works alongside them. Your system of record stays in place.
Does it support 504 and emergent bilingual students?Yes. Accommodations and services can be tracked for IEP, 504 and EB students.
Does it replace teachers or case managers?No. It takes paperwork off their plate so their time goes to students.
Rollout and training
How does our data get in?We load it with you, from the rosters and IEP information you already have.
How long does rollout take?Two weeks from signed contract to trained staff and live campuses. We load your data for you.
Is training included?Every rollout includes staff training. Ongoing professional learning is available and built around your own data.
Will teachers actually use it?It was built by a SpEd teacher to fit the way the day actually runs. Logging takes a few taps, and teachers get time back at progress report time.
Pricing and buying
How is it priced?Per student with an IEP, per year, with onboarding and training quoted together. Small districts can purchase directly. Pricing →

Data, security and AI
Does it use AI?Yes, to draft progress reports and organize evidence from what teachers enter. Educators review and finalize everything.
Is student data secure?See our Trust page, DPA and sub-processors list.
What happens to our data if we leave?We return or delete it.
Do you sign the Texas data privacy agreement?Tell us if your district uses the Texas Student Privacy Alliance agreement and we will work through it with you.
